How do I make a reservation?
Question: How do I make a reservation? Answer: Simply select the activity you like, choose the date and number of participants, and click "Add to Cart" or "Book Now". Once the payment is complete, a booking confirmation will be sent to your email address.
When will I receive my booking confirmation?
For most activities, you will receive an instant confirmation via email. For some special tours involving manual confirmation, it may take up to 24 hours.
Do I need to print my tickets?
Generally, no. You can simply show the mobile voucher or QR code sent to your email (or found in your Profile) at the entrance. Exceptions are explicitly marked as "Printed voucher required" on the activity page.
Question: Is payment secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption and processed through world-class secure payment gateways. We do not store your credit card information.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation policies vary by activity. For most activities, we offer a 100% full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the activity starts. Please check the "Cancellation Policy" section of the specific activity before booking.
