1. Data Controller

This Privacy Policy has been prepared by Letsmoment, the operator of the Letsmoment platform, in order to explain the procedures and principles regarding the protection of personal data belonging to visitors, users, customers, and suppliers who use the platform.

Letsmoment acts as the data controller within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

2. Collected Personal Data

Through the platform, personal data such as identity information, contact details, reservation and transaction information, payment and billing information, IP address, device information, and user transaction history may be collected.

Card information related to payment transactions is not stored by Letsmoment and is processed by authorized payment service providers.

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

Personal data is processed for the purposes of managing reservation and service processes, carrying out payment and collection transactions, providing customer support services, fulfilling legal obligations, ensuring platform security, and improving user experience.

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Personal data may be transferred, in compliance with applicable legislation, to banks, authorized payment service providers, legal and financial advisors, and authorized public institutions and organizations.

Letsmoment does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Retention Period of Personal Data

Personal data is retained for the periods stipulated in the relevant legislation or for as long as required by the purpose of processing, and upon expiry of such period, is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized in accordance with the law.

6. Data Security

Letsmoment takes the necessary administrative and technical measures to ensure the security of personal data.

7. Cookies

Cookies may be used on the platform to enhance the user experience. Users may control or disable cookies through their browser settings.

8. Rights of the Data Subject

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, data subjects have the right to learn whether their personal data is processed, request information if it has been processed, request correction, deletion, or destruction of their personal data, and claim compensation for any damage.

9. Application Method

Data subjects may submit their requests within the scope of the KVKK to Letsmoment in writing or through other methods prescribed by the legislation.

10. Policy Amendments

Letsmoment reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy whenever deemed necessary.

11. Entry into Force

This Privacy Policy enters into force on the date it is published on the Letsmoment platform.
